Chocolate Moulding Machinery
Our range of chocolate machines start with the M275 which is a compact, free standing moulding machine. The basic model requires manual load and unload of the moulds, but due to its modular construction it can be upgraded with a mould loading station and mould heating/cooling modules.
All of our machines are computer controlled and product weight can easily be varied using a numerical keypad. The system also remembers your products so that when you change moulds the machine automatically resets itself to suit that mould thus reducing change over times to a minimum.
Depositing plates are located and retained using a simple clamping arrangement which facilitates rapid changeover.
The machines are designed in such a way that if, at a later date, you wish to upgrade to the next level of machine then the depositing head can easily be transferred and because the depositing heads are self contained they can also be adapted to suit your existing moulding lines.
Camtec Design Limited can design depositing plates to suit your moulds and can even offer advice on the layout of the impressions for new moulds.
Not only can we supply depositing plates for our machines but we can supply depositing plates to suit your existing production plants.
We can supply plates to suit solid chocolate, one shot (chocolate with crème centre), and chocolate with inclusions (chopped nuts, crisped rice, fruit) production.
